How I do it

Want to know how I have changed my life into living a more healthier lifestyle?


  • Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day
  • Gym at least 4 days a week (cardio & strength training mixed)
  • PORTION control! 
  • Keep my calories under 1300
  • Water intake: 64 - 90 oz a day
  • Very little "white carbs"

  1. LOVE that you talk about "white carbs", those carbs have the least amount of nutrients you can consume. I try following a no white flour/white sugar menu and I find that I lose more when I cut those out. It's tough, but I never feel bloated after a meal!
