LOVE that you talk about "white carbs", those carbs have the least amount of nutrients you can consume. I try following a no white flour/white sugar menu and I find that I lose more when I cut those out. It's tough, but I never feel bloated after a meal! Great work! Keep it up! I also love your rewards! Fabulous idea!
