Welcome to my journey
I will just start from today. I'm going to keep track of my workouts and weight loss on this blog. I hope that I can reach the goals I have for myself.
So far I've been working out since October 19, 2011 and have lost 4 lbs since then. I lost about 2 lbs before starting the gym routine so I'm down 6 lbs in about 3 weeks!
I work out at Anytime Fitness and I love it there. Its a very welcoming and friendly gym.
