Hardcore Day 1
Today was a pretty good day for getting back into the routine of working out!!
Treadmill (fluctuating between 3.3 and 3.5) - 35 mins
Glider - 5 mins (not a fan of it like the elliptical but they were all taken when I got there)
Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 8 - Go ME! lol
Made the weight loss journal. I used a binder instead. Hope to post some pictures tomorrow!! :)
