I am losing motivation. I'm losing the drive I had to get to the gym. I'm still eating semi good but there are days where I feel like I can't get full or even content enough after a meal.
I hate feeling like this. It makes me feel HORRIBLE. I just hope that motivation will come back to me SOON!!!
Oh my gosh, I totally get there too.. all the time. Just remember how good you feel when you do make that drive~ or when you finish the work out... or whatever it takes!! You can do this! One day at a time. Baby steps, etc. etc. Go You!
