Hardcore Day 1







Today was a pretty good day for getting back into the routine of working out!! 


Treadmill (fluctuating between 3.3 and 3.5) - 35 mins
Glider - 5 mins (not a fan of it like the elliptical but they were all taken when I got there)

Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 8 - Go ME! lol


Made the weight loss journal. I used a binder instead. Hope to post some pictures tomorrow!! :)

Back to it hardcore!







Since we lost our little bean, the gym has been scarce and eating hasn't been that great but now its time for some hardcore changes coming and I am starting tomorrow by making a weight loss journal that will stay in my kitchen so as I'm fixing food; I'm writing it down!
