Go Get 'Em Goals (week of 2/13)

Here are the goals! I have made the list and its hanging on the fridge as a reminder every time I'm in the kitchen.  (and believe me with the littles during the day I'm in the kitchen A LOT! lol)

I am typing them out as well so that I am able to cross them off on the blog.

Gym - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Water - 16/672 (for the week)

Fab Challenge - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

30 day shred - Saturday, Sunday

1300 calories in & 1000 calories out - 1260/9100 intake ---- 584/7000 out take
( will update these at the end of the day) 

I'm thinking this will be a good week!
