Boy it felt good

to be back at the gym today!! It was actually busy today for a Saturday mid morning workout. I was there for almost an hour and did 35 mins on the treadmill at a 3.7mph pace and 10 mins fluctuating between 2.5 and 3.0mph. I also did 10 m ins for strength training.

I can't wait to get back tomorrow morning again!
