April Goals

I've decided to make a post for the whole month of April and the goals I want to accomplish and then every week I will break it down to make it "easier and do able". So with that said here goes the goals.

  • Gym 16/30 days - 3/16
  • Lose 5 lbs or more 
  • 64oz of water per day 
  • Limited carbs after 2pm
  • One day a week of something sweet
  • No more than 1300 cals a day. 
  • participate in this challenge: Get Fit Coast to Coast
