I've decided to make a post for the whole month of April and the goals I want to accomplish and then every week I will break it down to make it "easier and do able". So with that said here goes the goals.
- Gym 16/30 days - 3/16
- Lose 5 lbs or more
- 64oz of water per day
- Limited carbs after 2pm
- One day a week of something sweet
- No more than 1300 cals a day.
