Got to the gym this morning by 610! Go me! It felt amazing getting back into the gym and working out. Go big or go home was my motto today. I jumped right back into the swing of things with 30 mins on the elliptical. Just making it back to the gym has given me so much energy today. I forgot how good it feels during the day and how productive I am after getting to the gym in the morning.
Today's good eats include:
Breakfast - protein bar
Lunch - ham wrap and cauliflower
Dinner - homemade chicken fried rice
Snack - celery and pb spread and plum
With my beverage of choice only being water today.
I won't do my first official weigh in until Wednesday. I used to weigh in everyday but the fluctuation of the scale was more frustrating that helpful for myself. When do you weigh in? Daily? Weekly? When it crosses your mind?
Tomorrow is weight training at the gym! What is your personal goal for this week?
My Goal: Stick with the schedule and remember it didn't come on over night...it won't come off over night!
