Set it up Sunday!

And we are off. It's time to get back on the wagon. NO EXCUSES!

Here is the schedule for this week: 

Monday - 
6am: gym (cardio)

Tuesday - 
6am: gym (weight training)

Wednesday - 
6am: gym (cardio)

Thursday - 
6am: gym (weight training) 

Friday - 
Rest

Saturday - 
Gym (cardio) 

Sunday - 
Gym (cardio & weight training)


I really need to get back onto MFP (myfitnesspal) too. It helps so much. Is anyone else on it?
