Today starts the Get Fit Coast to Coast Challenge! If you haven't signed up yet...DO IT!
I am determined to get through this challenge and put 150% into it. I will be on MFP (myfitnesspal) everyday so if you there let me know! The more motivation and friends the easier, right?!
Here are some of the things I want to do during this challenge:
- at least 64oz of water a day
- gym 4 days a week for at least an hour
- limit my carbs during the day
- 30 day shred - EVERYDAY!
