Get Fit Challenge: Week 1



Today starts the Get Fit Coast to Coast Challenge! If you haven't signed up yet...DO IT!

I am determined to get through this challenge and put 150% into it. I will be on MFP (myfitnesspal) everyday so if you there let me know! The more motivation and friends the easier, right?!

Here are some of the things I want to do during this challenge:


  • at least 64oz of water a day
  • gym 4 days a week for at least an hour
  • limit my carbs during the day
  • 30 day shred - EVERYDAY! 

If you don't hear from me...yell at me! lol
